Convenience! The first night was a disaster we got in at 730pm and we wereplaced in a room opposite the very very noisy laundry and soda machine room (no door on this area to filter out some of the noise) front desk advised us they were booked solid so we could not move rooms, therefore we endured a sleepless night, we were successfully moved to a quieter area for the rest of our weeks stay and we did not receive any compensation from the hotel even though our booking was made in advance. The staff were very nice and helpful from then on.

The location was great. The staff was amazing and so friendly. The lady at the front desk was the best receptionist I have ever seen!! She was friendly, helpful and just right down nice. In todays world you need someone like her!! Room was clean and pool was great!!

Everything was so clean. Even my kids commented on how good the whole place smelled lol we all enjoyed the breakfast. Every staff member we came across was super sweet and so accommodating. Would definitely stay there again

Coffee needs help, it tastes like instant but the rest of the breakfast offerings were good, hot and plentiful. The location offers easy access to I64 as well as many dining options and full service grocery stores.
